Accessibility Statement
Ture is committed to making our website and products usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design, build, and improve Ture. We welcome feedback when something gets in the way and will work with you to provide an accessible way forward.
01Our commitment
We want people to be able to understand, navigate, and use Ture regardless of ability, device, or method of interaction. Accessibility considerations are included throughout our design and development process.
02Standards and approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target for the Ture website and products.
Our work includes:
- Using semantic structure, clear headings, and descriptive labels.
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and controls.
- Maintaining readable contrast and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Respecting device settings that reduce motion.
- Reviewing accessibility during design, development, and quality assurance.
03Ongoing improvements
We continue to assess and improve our digital experiences. Some older resources, downloadable documents, or third-party content may not yet meet the same accessibility target. We prioritize issues that prevent people from completing important tasks.
04Feedback and support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@ture.ai. Include the page or feature you were using, what happened, and the format or support you need. You may also include your browser, device, or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it.
We will acknowledge your message and work with you to provide the information or service in an accessible way.
05Statement updates
We will update this statement as our accessibility practices, products, and assessment work evolve. The date above shows the most recent revision.
